Overcoming the Dark Side of Leadership
The Overcoming the Dark Side of Leadership workshop is a one-day workshop that has been successfully conducted in hundreds of churches and non-profit organizations.
The workshop is designed to assist leaders in the process of identifying and processing inner life issues that are the most frequent cause of friction and dysfunction in their personal life, relationships, and leadership.
As part of the workshop, every participant is provided with an inventory that will identify the unique shape their dark side has taken. The workshop is divided into four sessions:
- The Dangers of the Dark Side
- How the Dark Side Develops
- Identifying Our Dark Side
- Overcoming Our Dark Side
